Christmas Holiday Learning

Please see the document below, note that your child will be coming home with a paper copy.

To kick start our new topic in the Spring term, we would like the children to become true detectives and find out some interesting information about an individual of their choice who has become a significant part of our history.

You may like to use the categories below as a starting point. Please note that the individuals below are examples and do not have to be used.

- Leaders: Martin Luther King Jr. Emmeline Pankhurst, Queen Elizabeth I.

- Scientists and Thinkers: Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Marie Curie.

- Artists and Writers: William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Vincent van Gogh.

- Innovators and Explorers: Christopher Columbus, Neil Armstrong, Amelia Earhart, Walt Disney.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

From

Mrs Wotton and Mrs Gibbs.
