During the last 900 years, Hoddesdon has grown from a small hamlet of around 300 people (mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086), to a busy market town of around 37,000 people today.

Open the map of Hoddesdon with places of historical interest and some detail about them. You may wish to research a place (optional) or tour around the town (after isolation or on google maps) and see what's left. Look at names of key figures in the past who have shaped our town - Robert Barclay or John Warner to name just two!

FRENCH:

You have learnt an amazing amount of French this year and been great at working at your fantastic accents. How much do you think you can remember from the year?

No need to print anything up, just follow the quiz and award yourself points for every correct answer you give (you may want a scrappy piece of paper to write your answers down and keep your score on as you go through it). I have chosen 7 sections from the French we have done.

I would love to see how you got on, so please send me a picture of your answer/score sheet using your class emails.

Bonne Chance et à bientôt. (Good luck and see you soon).
